adaptive change

Many organisations find themselves constrained by constantly having to help employees adapt to change. This in itself limits the pace of change and improvement. Our philosophy is that we must engage employees as the drivers of change, so that they seek and embrace the next set of challenges.

Our approach involves developing innovative programmes of change by identifying what really holds an organisation back from outstanding performance. Thereafter, creation of challenging "Business and Employee Win – Win Solutions" provides a common vehicle for change, captivating employee commitment and "allowing energy to be channelled into what might be rather than what is". Ultimately, we believe that all employees should become the leaders of change.

Our methodology is based upon extensive operational manufacturing experience, which has included establishing the foundations for two of the "Best Factory Award" winners in the last 10 years.

Wherever you are in your evolution, we can use our process to help you realise the potential within your operation.

building adaptive capability

Our core aim is to provide a framework which aligns and optimises the three key drivers of the manufacturing model, namely the Business Needs, the Manufacturing System and the Employee Needs.

We identify, define, design and facilitate delivery of innovative solutions which bring all three of these together, creating a win-win environment for change. It is important at this stage to challenge the "Agility and Adaptability" of the manufacturing system and what is needed for the future.

Our methodology is based upon progressively building 5 key platforms which will deliver sustainable improvement at an ever increasing rate by harnessing commitment of all employees.
